Welcome to WMR's Open Race Camp Page! Here is our full listing of Race Camp Opportunities at West Mountain that are open to all US Ski & Snowboard Alpine competitors! Our camps are lead by WMR Alpine Race Director Steve Lathrop. If you are not a WMR member, please make sure to select non-WMR member when registering. 2021 WMR Spring On-Snow Alpine Ski Camps (Registration opens March 1, 2021)

The camps are lead by WMR Alpine Race Director Steve Lathrop

Who can participate?
USSS U12-U19 Ski Racers, Ages 10-18.

Check in is at 9:45am each day. Camp runs from 10am-3pm each day. Camp fees do not include lunch. Camp Fees for non-members includes a ticket for each day.

2021 WMR Summer Conditioning Camps

Please join us for WMR's 5-day Summer Conditioning Camps....Dryland Training for Ski Racers & Sports Enthusiasts lead by WMR Alpine Race Director Steve Lathrop that meets from 8:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:30am-12pm on Fridays.

Who can participate?
Athletes: U12-U19 Ski Racers & Athletes, Ages 10-18.

In addition to conditioning exercises, athletes will acquire knowledge about the important elements of dryland training. That is, the camp is educational. Conditioning is now a critical part of high-performance ski racing. Check out the list of other tech talks in the box below, including a talk on sports psychology, a critical piece of athletic performance.
2021 Mt Hood Summer Ski Camps 
Please join us for our Annual WMR Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camps! Our Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camps, lead by WMR Alpine Race Director Steve Lathrop, are Open to All USSA members! You can register by clicking the Red "Click Here to Register Button at the top of the Home Page." Full Camp fees cover food (3 meals a day), beautiful lodging, lfit tickets, coaching, lane space and transportation to and from the condo to the mountain for training and activities in Mt. Hood. Each camp trains 8 days on-snow, with 1 day off.
