WMR Program Fee and Payment Information
UpdatedSunday February 21, 2021 byWest Mountain Racing.West Mountain Racing invites you to join the team! 21-22 WMR Program registration opens March 1 for the Academy and Full Club Programs. Registration for our Midweek Program opens May 1. All program registration closes Nov. 1st. If you wish to join the team after Nov. 1st, please contact Program Director sara@westmountain.com. A $200 late fee will be applied to all WMR program registrations after Nov. 1st. Disounts will not be applied to registrations after Nov. 1st.
Intro to Race registration opens March 1 and closes January 1 2022 or once 24 registrants have enrolled.

WMR Academy/ Full Club Team TRAINING/TRAVEL SUPPORT PROVIDED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DATES (Unless otherwise noted):
U10-U14 USSA through Kandahar Champs
U14 USSS through States
U16/U19 USSS through States
(After the above periods coach race support will be provided by members, if possible, at a rate per coach of $116 per day, $.55 per mile, cost of coaches’ hotel room and $20 per diem food allowance.)
WMR Program 3-Pay Option: WMR offers a 3-pay option (final payment due by September 30) and is based on regular season rates. Please contact sara@westmountain.com if you are interested in the 3-pay option.
WMR Full Club Program Discounts (does not apply to Academy or midweek alpine programs): ONE of these three potential discounts are available.
A. 10% discount for the referral of a WMR paying member. (One per new family per season.)
B. 10% cumulative off additional immediate family members. i.e. 2nd child 10% off, 3rd child 20% off, 4th child 30% off, and so on. Oldest member(s) pays first then discount(s) applied to next by age.
C. 10% off 1st time participant to WMR. (One per family.)
Race Building -Full Members (Alpine) are provided locker space during the season in the Race Building.
Team Uniform--Academy and Full Club Members of WMR are provided a team jacket as part of their program fees, which are sponsored by Whiteman Chevrolet and other businesses (only guaranteed for Full Program athletes registered during the Early Bird Season). The team jackets are to be worn during training, competition and on the podium. This gives our sponsors as well as our team great brand exposure.
Parent shadowing--WMR does not allow parents to shadow coaches and athletes during training and travel. If you wish to learn more about what the coaches are working on with their group, please meet with your athlete's coach in person. Any problems or concerns can be addressed with a coach directly or with Alpine Program Director Steve Lathrop.
WMR Code of Conduct--All athletes, coaches and staff must adhere to WMR's Code of Conduct. Please read through it thoroughly at registration.

Non-members are invited to attend WMR's Open SL/GS camp April 2-4 for SL/GS training. The cost for Non-members is $475 (includes lift ticket each day). The camps are lead by WMR Alpine Race Director Steve Lathrop
Who can Participate:
USSS U12-U19 Ski Racers, Ages 10-18.
What time is check in?
Check in is at 9:45am each day. Camp runs from 10am-3pm each day. Lunch is not included
Please plan to bring SL and GS equipment as training will be dictated by weather and conditions.
